$150.00 per 50-minute session

If you are paying out of pocket, I will provide you with a receipt you can submit to your provider for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to determine what percentage of the fee you will be reimbursed by your provider for out-of-network services.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, all major credit cards, and mobile payment services accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
